The best of queens Honors 2007
Throughout the year the people of Queens meet in both public and private ceremonies to honor their own. Some honors are small, others are considered major awards. Here, we pay tribute to just a handful of those who have had honors bestowed upon them within the last 12 months.
Each week we recognize these people and more on the local Focus pages within each edition, and also on the TribPix page. We gladly welcome any and all submissions, which can be sent to editor@queenstribune.com.
