As the end of the year approaches, people need
to start making plans for where to be when the
big ball drops in Times Square. For some, the
trip into midtown and the hours spent in the cold
can be a bit much.
If an all-night party is what you’re looking
for, but you’re not willing to brave the
cold and the crowds, check out one of these places,
which have been granted special permit status
by the State Liquor Authority to serve alcohol
into the wee hours of the morning on New Year’s
Eve.
