| Shooting On Cornega Ave.
On Wednesday, Aug. 13 police from the 101st Precinct responded to calls of shots fired on Cornega Ave. Upon arrival officers discovered an 18-year old Hispanic female with a gunshot wound to the head and pronounced her dead at the scene. A Hispanic male, 18 years-old was placed under arrest in connection with the incident.
Felix Cruz of 22-20 Cornega Ave., Apt. H5 Far Rockaway was charged with Second degree Manslaughter, Criminally Negligent Homicide and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
