| POLICE SEEK MISSING INDIVIDUAL:
The NYPD is seeking assistance in locating an individual that has been reported missing. William Hernandez is described as an Hispanic male approximately 60 years old.
He was last seen on April 12, at 4:30 p.m. at North Shore Hospital in Nassau County. He was a resident of Creedmore Psychiatric Hospital at 79-25 Winchester Blvd.
The missing person is described as having gray hair, 5’7,” 200 lbs. and in poor mental health. He was last seen wearing a yellow cap, yellow shirt, black pants and black shoes. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call Crimestoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477).
