	MANHUNT On Sept. 14, at 7:59 p.m. a 20-year-old black man standing in front of 13-15 Augustina Ave. was approached by a man who pulled out a gun and shot him several times before fleeing the scene. Ronald Washington was removed to an area hospital in critical condition and died seven days later. Police are seeking Paul Williams, 32, described as 5-foot-9, approximately 160 lbs., with short black hair, in connection with the above mentioned incident.
