	CRUSHED BY CAR On Oct. 6, at approximately 3 p.m. at 69-59 44th Ave., police responded to a 911 call of a person pinned. Upon arrival it was determined that a 69-year-old Hispanic man was working underneath his vehicle when the vehicle fell on him. EMS also responded to the scene and removed the aided to Elmhurst Hospital where he was pronounced dead. There was no criminality suspected and the investigation was ongoing. The Medical Examiner was to determine the cause of death. The man’s identification was being withheld pending family notification. [ More Blotters]
