On Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 11:08 p.m. inside of 106-16 159th St., police responded to a call of an unconscious baby. Upon arrival, police observed a 4-month-old baby boy unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and transported the infant to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead. There were no visible signs of trauma. The Medical Examiner was to determine the cause of death. The investigation was ongoing.
