ATTEMPTED BANK ROBBERY:

Police are looking for a man in connection to an attempted bank robbery on April 30 in Astoria.

The would-be-robber is described as a black male between 25 and 30-years-old, between six-feet to six-feet and four-inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing white sunglasses, a white cap, a white long sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

The man entered the Bank of America at 30-18 36 Avenue and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The man fled when the teller refused.
